  1. Undo Remember

If members have clicked ‘Remember’ on a Life Story in error, let them undo that.

  2. Birth Certificates from the GRO

I have purchased birth certificates from the GRO as part of my research, how best to handle this information on the site? Can I upload scans of the documents, or if not how best to share the data that they contain? Information such as profession can only be found on records such as these. Some guidance appreciated.

  3. Where is the best place to post bug reports?

I've noted a couple of bugs one a fairly major one that caused the loss of half an hours work, another very minor one there was a work around to.

Clearly these aren't ideas for the site but problems encountered. Would it be possible to have a bug report forum separate from ideas as no one is really going to vote for a bug?

  4. Incorrect surname on medal card

The surname on my grandfather's medal card is wrongly spelled. Am I right to add photos and information for him under that name (the regimental number is correct)? Can the surname be corrected (if so how)? Or should I request the setting up of a brand new record with the correct name?

  5. Right click to Copy Shortcut links to stories from Community view IE11

I guess this is just a bug, but I can't right click on a man's name in my Community view and copy the shortcut to his story. I need to be able to do this to add the link to our local web pages and database for each man. At the moment I'm having to open each story and copy the link from the address bar. As right clicking on the names and Open New Tab works I'm a bit baffled as why Copy Shortcut doesn't.

    Using Windows Explorer 11.
Hmm, just tested it in Firefox - it works there! …
