    Hello Russell,
Lives of the First World War is a source-based project. In order for a Life Story to be created, source-based evidence, such as a service record, is required. Can you please provide details about the requisite evidence that will be the business case for adding him to the database.

If you have official documents that prove they served, such as army service record, or their commission as announced in the London Gazette, then please refer to this in your comment.

The purpose of the forum is to add eligible women and men to the database. We do not have the scope or the resources to undertake research, and advise that other means - such as the Great War Forum - are used in that regard.

    Kind regards
    Keith
