Charles Victor Power

Please would you create a Life Story for Charles Victor Power 1893-1975 Born at 8 Guy Street, Bermondsey, London. Lived in Darwin Street, Bermondsey.

He enlsited on 12/10/16 and served with the 2/5th BN East Surrey Regiment Rg No 5288

He was discharged from the 651 Agricultural Labour Corp Reg No 502703 but could be 502705 as it is not clear and one part of the record it even has 502403. He was 25 when discharged.

We understand he may have rejoined and become a Corporal in The Royal Engineers in 1919 but we are not sure of this.

He did Home Service with the City of London Yeomonary Cycles where he was injured but pronounced fit for service again.

Other Regiment Numbers are on his paperwork are 41187 & 15437. with one crossed out which is 5288, two other members of the family are already on the website with full stories and records. It would be great to have them all on and being celebrated.
