Duplicates for merging please: DUXBURY, 74992

https://livesofthefirstworldwar.org/lifestory/2411931 - Please use as PRIMARY [J/James] as more loaded with Facts.

https://livesofthefirstworldwar.org/lifestory/2412057 - think this is effectively now the duplicate with an erroneous "S" [hand-written "J" commonly looks like "S" e.g. on a Medal Roll so think this is a likely 14 Star MIC clerking error, even though the clerk has gone to lengths to make clearly an "S" on MIC] - this MIC has same 4/4/17 date of death as J on CWGC

I've merged these 2 Life Stories as requested.

Could I please ask you to add a very short (undated) story to both the primary and duplicate, just explaining that you found 2 medal cards, and your logic for concluding that James and S are the same man. That will just make it clear for anyone who looks at the Life Stories in the future and is confused about why the records have been merged. Many thanks.
